Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order (only for non-custom items)
• Once the order is processed, cancellation is not allowed

Custom Orders

• All customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video is provided (mandatory)

Refund Process

• We offer 2 days return if the product is damaged or defective.
• Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days

Important Note

• No refund/exchange requests will be accepted without an unboxing video
• Minor variations in color or design are not considered defects
