Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order (only for non-custom items)
- Once the order is processed, cancellation is not allowed

Custom Orders
- All customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is provided (mandatory)
Refund Process
- After verification, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Important Note
- No refund/exchange requests will be accepted without an unboxing video
- Minor variations in color or design are not considered defects
